I applied through there web portal there are 2 rounds 1st is they given 6 program to write after that they call me for 2nd round i am wait for very long time and the boss of company taking my interview he is arrogant with no respect for candidate very unprofessional in front of other people and they never examine in your skill set they only want robots
We are working under one the of the most calm and helpful boss. We are sorry if you found his approach to be rude, but many times the approach or the behavior is situational and depends on the opposite person as well.

Entrevista
There were total of 3-4 rounds. In first-round, they gave 6 coding questions. The coding round was a pen-paper round. Second Round was also coding round. In the third round, you have to explain the codes to the CEO and then according to that, he will ask questions.

One should have very sound technical knowledge. But I don't understand in this modern world who takes coding test on paper. I had a bad experience with the company. wrote 11 codes on paper. The interview process was difficult.
Our interview process is designed in such a way that we check the basic knowledge of coding. Candidates who have basic knowledge of coding solve 3 to 4 questions out of 5 or 6 questions and get selected for further round. We have been able to recruit very good developers through the process where they just don't copy codes from any website but they themselves write logic on the paper. Please note that we don't ask for the whole program on the paper but just the codes.
