Interview with Senior Manager. First did Skype interview as I lived out of the area, then in-person later. Process was casual and questions were typical. Basically looking for experience and ability to perform customer service at a high level.

In person interview first with property manager followed by zoom interview with HR and COO. Interview was easy, first one was on site at the building you'll be working at. You get to see the apartment you'll have as well.
