Quickly met with Managing Director. Seemed like a good fit for background and culture. Started right away. Easy interview. More skills and personality. Not tricky at all. The other team members had a quick chat with me via skype as well. Seems to get along and understand what their jobs were as well. I felt really comfortable and the position and opportunity was super exciting. The interview was pleasant and non-intimidating.
