Attended 3 rounds, first was MCQ and 2 coding questions. second was technical interview, third was a coding interview. Went through all stages and finally got ghosted, no follow up mail nothing. Wasted weeks of time interviewing for nothing.

Started with intial fitment discussion with one of the team member
This was followed by 1.5 hr of problem solving. Lc medium/easy 3 questions
Then followed by theory round. Was able to answer most questions, but interviewer was looking at too much depth and was expecting me to remember equation. I think focus should be to judge a candidate on whether he can adapt/think rather than asking very specific questions. I think the founding team itself are not very senior guys which shows in the interview exp

I got contacted again after a couple of months for a role. I declined. They said the position was filled at that time but they failed to inform me.
