The first interview was a "get to know you" type thing, but the second interview was really great. They answered all of my questions and really broke down the business opportunity for me. It seems like you get out of it what you put in, which, if you're a hard worker that is a good thing.

2 in-person interviews where they reviewed my experiences and asked me general interview questions. I did have to wait for 40 minutes before I was given the second interview which kind of sucked

Applied online through Zip Recruiter and was contacted within a few days to set up an in-person interview. Nice staff, pretty location in Rockville, though you do have to pay for parking during your interview time. Overall, the position is basically a sales agent within Home Depot for cabinet refacing. Not what I was looking for, especially because you wouldn't even get to put the big name of "Home Depot" on your resume, but instead a lesser known sales firm. The website is pretty vague, as is the name of the company. The description of the job was also vague, mainly stating that it was not a telemarketer position or door to door, so I'm not really sure what I was expecting here. Overall, I'd suggest to just apply to Home Depot if sales experience and cabinets is what gets you excited, so at least that way you'd be able to work for a company that may be able to provide more benefits and the big name associated with it.
