The initial screening with HR was a simple, decent experience with a personable interviewer. The follow up interview with the C-Suite executive was laughably bad. He was full of himself, asked only curveball questions, and painted a bad picture for the company's future. They laid off nearly half of their workforce in the last couple years which would explain the low pay for the seemingly insane workload described for this role. It's not a great sign when the interviewer admits to high turnover and says people don't build careers there.

They focus on your work ethic and talk about how you manage workloads and how efficient your time management be. All the interviewers are friendly and warm, they welcome you to be yourself.
