Let me share my Interview exp. with them. So they called me for the interview. I had x1 offer in my hand. I asked for x2 amount. After clearing every round. HR asked for the documents (Even the x1 amount offer letter ). I provided all the documents. They refused to provide me the same x2 amount offer letter, just by saying that we never AGREED / COMMITTED that amount to you. Though, My mistake was that I never asked for all these things in written. So If you planning to join this organization make sure you take everything in written before doing anything.
