he interview process was straightforward and professional. The first interview is conducted over the phone to assess your environmental fit. The following two interviews are over Zoom. You meet with senior employees and they ask behavior-based questions. All interviewers at Drone Seed were kind and made you feel welcome.

I had a screening interview with HR in September 2022. The interview was pretty average. I was told I'd hear back from the hiring manager and then was ghosted. I didn't get as far as other applicants in these reviews before getting ghosted (luckily), but came here to share the experience. Just unfortunate as a quick email rejection would be better than ghosting an interested candidate.
