Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Dropbox (San Francisco, CA) em dez. de 2013
Entrevista
They flew me out to San Francisco, and I had five interview sessions across a morning. Their office is quite nice, and I really appreciated the tour. Everyone was excited about the company, and the interviews were very low pressure. The questions were mostly standard with a few fun curve balls thrown in.

The interviewer drew a triangle and explained that there was one ant at each of the three vertices. He said, "When I snap my fingers, each of the ants will move in a random direction along the side of the triangle. What are the odds that they do not collide?"

Entrevista
Phone interview with a member of the team, just as a screen. Mostly general questions about the resume, chatting about the company, culture, what the work might be like. Provided a lot of good information that i was looking for about the company. I did visit the office in person ahead of the interview and met some of the people there, but none were involved in the interview process.

Entrevista
After just a couple of days from my application, I received an email asking to fill up a questionnaire, which had some questions about troubleshooting, one question about my interest in Dropbox, and a final creative question (the famous "toaster" question).
After a few days I received an email from another recruiter asking to set up a phone call. I was shortly called by the Team Lead, who asked me just 3-4 questions. If you look at the questions which are posted here on Glassdoor, you will be probably well prepared for the phone interview. I just received one question that I didn't expect.
Unfortunately I received an email saying that I was not a match for this role. The recruiting process is really fast and enjoyable, I will definitely recommend the experience to anyone!!
