This is the worst interview process I have seen so far. They did not ask me for the current compensation. When all of the interviews were done, they asked me for the expected salary. And guess what, they were not even able to provide me 20% hike. After all these discussions, with Engineering Manager, Director, who told me that I am a good fit. HR process is really bad, they do not provide timely feedback and do not even pick the phone. There is a lot to improve.
