1) Applied through LinkedIn, received call after more than 3 weeks and then interview was scheduled.
2) 4-5 rounds of interview.
a) Technical Round. It went for 45-60 min. The guy was friendly and helped me in solving few .Questions were not difficult. it was all about basics of embedded, microcontroller, sensor interfacing and Embedded C. Also he asked questions on bits logic like swap msb and lab, overflow of integers, difference between unsigned and signed int, storage classes etc. One with basic understanding of C, datatypes, microcontroller, sensor interfacing, and have worked on Arduino or AVR can easily crack this round.
b) 3-4 behavioral round that doesn't even matter and I personally felt was waste of time, only one was interested in taking the interview and asked good questions.
c) CEO round . The CEO is cool and seemed passionate.
d) The HR round. I had cleared all the rounds with positive feedback. The HR explained me all about integrity and honesty and other qualities. There was a issue with salary.
After this they contacted me twice or thrice in a period of 1-1.5 months just to inform me that position is still open.
They try to behave (HR) as if they are very professional and have integrity in whatever they say and do.
In the final call I informed them that I received another offer and asked why they have not contacted me for 2-3 weeks even after submitting all the required documents. Finally she asked yes or no arrogantly and I said No. I was just going to say thanks for the opportunity, she just hanged the phone. This was like the one who is talking about integrity and honesty and bla bla ...didn't even had professionalism to hear No.
Overall tech guys were good, but experience with HR was bad. What ever she said about qualities and the way she behaved was totally opposite.
