We had a very smooth conversation about my past experience, job duties, expectations from both sides and any questions I had. The interviewer was being very candid and respectful. It was a great experience overall.
It was pretty good. the interviewer was friendly. She asked some standard behavioral questions. Customer service was a big part of it. The writing samples test and the last round of interviews coming next.

I was cut at the final round of the interview process. For the most part, it was pretty professional however, at the final stage they had me submit a ridiculously long questionnaire for my references to fill out and then didn't offer me the role.
