Assessment based role play based on pre-work brief followed by interview. Interviewed by existing MDs and PDs . This process was the same for internal and external candidates. A decision was made later on that same day.

1 telephone interview, 1 face to face role play interview which was pretty intensive. Once the interview had taken place, i was contacted by HR 2 weeks later with a job offer and salary. Salary was not discussed before this time
