Very straightforward, good communication, a few rounds. Communicate with a hiring manager who sets it up and several program managers who conducted the interviews. Virtual was an option. You get a chance to ask questions.
I went to a career fair for my school and was offered an interview. The interview was 30 mins with two people. The day after I received a call and got an offer for the co-op.
