The interview only lasted about 20 minutes - very short. We talked about leadership, teamwork, and future goals. It was somewhat casual with some typical interview topics sprinkled in. There were several opportunities to pose questions about the unit, and she was happy to speak about both positive and negatives of the unit.

I applied online and then I was contacted by the floor manager to set a time for a phone interview. She was nice, asked my experience and what specialties I work in and which surgeries I am comfortable doing. She followed up shortly with an offer.

Panel Interview with 3 current staff members over zoom. Nothing too out of the box however take it with a grain of salt, I was a new grad when interviewed
It was good since they were really kind and nice. To make sure I should get a job here, maintained positive smile all the time while the whole interview. That was quite big experience for me.
