I applied while a student at Duke. They informed us when the job posting would be released. It was closed rather quickly. This was one of the years when it was hard for new grad RNs to find work. I interviewed first with the manager, then had a peer interview. I think it took almost a month.

I applied online and then I was contacted by the floor manager to set a time for a phone interview. She was nice, asked my experience and what specialties I work in and which surgeries I am comfortable doing. She followed up shortly with an offer.

Panel Interview with 3 current staff members over zoom. Nothing too out of the box however take it with a grain of salt, I was a new grad when interviewed
It was good since they were really kind and nice. To make sure I should get a job here, maintained positive smile all the time while the whole interview. That was quite big experience for me.
