It was first a short interview with the recruiter followed by scheduling a zoom interview with two assistant nurse managers. The interview process made me feel excited to work there as they really try to get to know you, and they were very sweet.

I applied online and then I was contacted by the floor manager to set a time for a phone interview. She was nice, asked my experience and what specialties I work in and which surgeries I am comfortable doing. She followed up shortly with an offer.

Panel Interview with 3 current staff members over zoom. Nothing too out of the box however take it with a grain of salt, I was a new grad when interviewed
It was good since they were really kind and nice. To make sure I should get a job here, maintained positive smile all the time while the whole interview. That was quite big experience for me.
