The physician recruiter started out fine, but then offered 210K for a physician of ten years experience. Then started being rude when I told him this was too low. The whole experience was a total turn-off for the entire group. Completely unprofessional. I can't imagine how they treat physicians overall if that's a normal thing.

Meet with local and senior leadership of the organization at the local clinic and then at corporate offices and meat senior leadership and others in the organization. travelled around with a recruiter and was introduced to various team members in the clinic and within the organization
