the hr was very easy going, the supervisor for the position did not come for the interview and the whole process did not took long. most of the question was behavorial and situational type, with one question towards the end asking what kinds of excel function are you familiar with.

La entrevista no fue dinámica, fue tan concisa que solo fueron dos preguntas. Además, fue muy incisiva en mi pensamiento ante la minería que en mis habilidades y conocimientos puesto que si yo deseaba ser asistente yo tenía idea a lo que me sujetaba.

Conversation with HR representative and Finance Director was pleasant and very informative. Business specific were shared and then I was tested. The test contained easier and more difficult questions, but there was no pressure and most important questions we answer together - they wanted to check way of thinking.
