I sat down, got asked a few questions, and they gave me the job on the spot. You don't really need any skills to do this job because everything is pre-made you just re-heat it and decorate stuff. Plus you have to do utility/dishwasher duties. You don't have to take any tests because everyone there probably does drugs to deal with the stress of having to work like a slave for low pay.

I called after applying, the manager said to come in for an interview the next day. I go in early and everyone else is being interviewed. It was in public at one of the booth/ chairs. When it was my turn, she was very nice and got straight to the point. She told me about the job and the requirements, then asked if I got the job how early I could start. I started training that night!

I was promoted to baker; originally started up front. The interview was short and sweet. Basically wanted to see if I was sane and could handle the type of work. Hired on spot
