literally never met the interviewer. got a call back and was immediately hired and told i start in 2 days. definitely should’ve seen the red flags that would come with the company.

Super easy interview. They asked about previous barista experience, customer service tactics, conflict resolution strategies etc…the location’s General Manager did the interview along with the assistant manager. If you have previous barista experience, the interview is more of a personality fit assessment than anything else.

Simple scenario and background questions. The interview lasted 10 minutes and I was offered a job the following day. Dunkin training doesn’t really happen at the store there is an online portal with recorded Dunkin videos for training purposes.
