I didn't apply they phoned me. I explained that I had no experience in retail. But they were after ex military personnel. Later found out was because knew ex army are on a military pension and can pay less than going rate.

Pretty straight forward basic interview questions. Only asked 5 or 6 questions, the rest of the interview was the interviewers talking about the company and then a tour round the branch with a HR administrator.
