Entrevista
I went through a recruiter, and after several delays I had a good interview with their CTO. During the process of scheduling a second interview, I was told that Duo abruptly changed their mind about the role. This was only a week after I was told they they "re-grouped" and came up with the position for which I applied.

Entrevista
I had met the development director at a Drupal meetup and sent him my resume. I had a ~20min phone interview with him and then came into the office for an in-person interview with him, the company owner and the lead front-end developer.

I was expecting more technical question but only got a few regarding what functionality I had included in previous Drupal sites that I had built and a question about what modules are my favorites.

Entrevista
The interview was pretty typical of any process. I met with two director level employees and the CEO, all of whom asked relatively standard questions. To be honest it was less rigorous than what I've been used to and I wasn't asked anything difficult or challenging. I'm not sure if they are simply more interested in personality so long as the resume seems like a good fit, but I've never had such a simplistic interview process in my life.
