Lengthy but necessary. Started the process being connected to a current employee. After getting through was put in contact with the best recruiter I've had the opportunity to work with. Then led to an onsite visit and followed up with 2 conversations with senior leadership both nationally and regionally.

Submitted resume on the company website on a Friday afternoon and was contacted within two hours. The ease of scheduling everything here was great and my recruiter was very responsive and transparent through the whole process, which took about a month and had several steps. With the exception of the presentation portion, which is purposely vague, she even prepped me before each interview so I would have an idea of what to expect. The interview process was lengthy and difficult from the perspective of showcasing your skills in a competitive market of top Bay Area talent.
