Semi formal, Not very organized , but reasonably managed. Interviewer / manager was very friendly. All the staff who interviewed me were super helpful and technical. Their management team doesn't care much about value of humans. Trying to pull tricks on payment, they made an offer which is less than what was published and expected the me to bargain. Well may be others will enjoy bargaining, but I for one doesn't like the feeling of potentially getting short changed. If they are trying to pull these tricks now, I can only imagine the prospect of appraisals. Personally I don't like bargaining for human value, if they are considering humans as resources, well.. Same time I got another offer which is (much) higher than what they offer which is the main reason why I decided to reject.
