It went very smoothly and I had no issues at all. Every one was very helpful and informative. There was nothing left to question I knew what was expected of me and Dupre was very honest of what I was to expect

First a phone screen with a lady out of Lafayette La. It was successful so then a face-to-face interview with immediate manager which was also successful. Then I was invited back for face-to-face with the immediate manager and his manager, the area Ops Mgr. That interview seemed to go really well, too. I was told since I was the only candidate out of 4 who had made it through to the area mgr level, there would be a 3rd face-to-face with an even higher manager in 2 weeks (after his vacation). So to make sure there would be no scheduling conflicts, I emailed the area mgr with my situation at my (then) current job. 2 days later I get a rejection email from La that reads in part "While your skills are certainly impressive, we have decided to pursue other candidates for the position."
