Went well, asked if we would be moving forward and all things were in the positive. HR said how I'd be hearing back before the end of the week. That was a month ago. Nothing - crickets. Its not OK to ghost people or not have the common courtesy to communicate openly and honestly. This was for a senior level position of which I was qualified and had relevant experience.
