Group interview, really silly questions like "which disney princess would you be?" and secondary interview involving the franchise owner and grabbing a beer at the bar. We chatted for 2 hours until he decided he wanted to hire me. Very easy going.

Really easy! Started as a phone screening, then zoom, then one more over the phone. This was during covid so things may have changed.
Most questions asked were about how you interact with people.

The interview was very casual, taking place in the storage area on some stools. The interviewer was cordial and personable, reassuring me when I was clearly nervous. It lasted about 5 minutes if not less and felt more like a survey than an interview.
