Pretty easy going. Be positive and outgoing. We sat on the floor outside the shop. It was more of a conversation than an interview. They were very nice and even offered me a drink.

What is the most important part of working in a team?
Super relaxed and nice people. Definitely come with a great personality and open mindset. Prepare to come with experiences from previous jobs to speak to. Not very intimidating if you bring the right energy and mindset.

There was a first round interview with multiple candidates and four interviewers, and a final round with the Operator at our stand. The first interview can be tricky since there are many candidates. Ultimately, they look for people who are very genuine and kind.
