A manager will reach out to you to set up an interview either in person or over the phone. You will go and answer a few questions about yourself as well as get to know them a little to see if it's a right fit. They will reach out to you either way with an email saying that you did not get it or with a way to start the on boarding process.

There was a first round interview with multiple candidates and four interviewers, and a final round with the Operator at our stand. The first interview can be tricky since there are many candidates. Ultimately, they look for people who are very genuine and kind.
