I received a phone call where I was asked about straightforward questions, such as the three things that I learned from my last experience. The interview was straightforward as well, the receptionist and the hiring manager were very friendly.

There were two interviews. The first was short and covered my views on leadership, strengths for the position and prior experience. The second interview was more in depth. We discussed processes of the position including a daily breakdown, compensation and expectations. We also discussed my background more in depth and how both Dymnd Business Solutions and myself could be mutually beneficial.
