Talked to Dynaten representative at campus Job Fair. They called 2 weeks later and invited me to Fort Worth for an onsite interview. Project Manager picked me up at the airport, went to breakfast. Went to office, met several employees, toured pre-fabrication shop and detailing offices. Visited 2 different construction sites to see what I would be doing. Went to lunch with Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Vice President, and CEO of the company (very nice, easy going gentlemen). Went to a third construction site, returned to office to speak with estimating employees. Given verbal offer from CEO on the spot. Returned home and received official offer letter in 3 days.
