I received a phone call from their admin. Then I went in for the preliminary interview with Jenna Huss, VP/HR Admin. I was called back for a second round interview where I followed an account manager to lunch. There she broke down the benefits of the company and asked if their goals aligned with my own.

Face to face with boss and another employee. Lots of questions about personality. The interviewers were very nice and you feel like you can be real with them. There are lots of questions about past experience. It is a very simplistic process and goes very quickly. I approve of the interview style and the atmosphere makes you feel like there is a lot to be excited about.
