Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. Fui entrevistado pela Dynamisch IT (Pune) em mar. de 2026
Entrevista
The interview process started with an online assessment, which I cleared successfully. After that, a technical interview was scheduled, which also went well and I received positive feedback. I was then informed that a client round would be scheduled based on the client’s availability.
However, after waiting for more than a week without any update, I followed up myself to check the status. I was then informed that the client had rejected my profile based solely on my resume, and the client round would not take place.
It was disappointing because the process involved spending significant time on the assessment and technical interview, only to be rejected without even getting the opportunity to speak with the client. It would have been more efficient if the client had reviewed and approved the resume before scheduling earlier interview rounds.
The interview process was smooth and not very difficult. Most of the questions were focused on React.js fundamentals such as hooks, state management, lifecycle methods, and component architecture. There were also a few basic questions on JavaScript concepts.
The discussion was more practical and scenario-based rather than tricky or puzzle-type questions. The interviewer was friendly and gave enough time to answer. Overall, it was a good experience and manageable for someone with solid React fundamentals.
It was good . Was not so tough . Also the team is very supportive and friendly. Makes you feel comfortable while you were nervous and explains everything in deep.
