What a hot mess of a process. Red flag upon red flag, beginning with power point presentation about the ideal candidate, importance of "pleasant facial expressions," and knowing personal space, warning patients before touching them. Seems to be looking for idiots to train into "experts" for the sake of telling their clients that their employees are most highly trained. Never mind some of the photos from their website are doing the things I can't imagine any FEES trained therapist would ever do.
