I was contacted by HR representative to come in for an interview few days after applying for the job. All communication was by email at this stage. Interview was hold by 2 people. One of them was person who was going to be my manager and his manager head of the department.

First, I met the plant manager. I was asked to take a written test. Then I talked to the COO, the manager of each department. Provided copies of degrees and transcript.
