The interview began with meeting senior management, a tour of the office and then a timed one hour skills test. The skills test was comprised of preparing a mock up of a prior survey, including reading and plotting covenant restrictions, labeling monuments, labeling ties, interpreting field sketches. After the skills test was reviewed, I was sat down to interview with the VP and HR personnel.
