The entire interview is done over half a day. You have three separate interviews, two "first rounds" and then a final round, if you pass the first rounds. The interviews consist of two parts: personal and case interview. They ask questions that force you to self-reflect. The cases are of varying difficulty.

Well, they have a process of shortlisting you based on your CV and then they have a 1 day recruitment process. During the recruitment day, you have 2 rounds of interview. The first round happens before lunch consisting of 2 interviews, personal and case study. If you're successful, you go to the second round of experience.
