It was all set up last-minute as I had a job offer from another company already. E.ON was willing to speed up the process and the whole process was reduced to a single interview.

Firstly, the interview was arranged by email. It was 1.5 hr s incudling a mine excel task, which was conducted by the hiring manager and one of the colleagues. After four weeks, the rejection was received.

Please suggests three potential energy solutions for the company.
CV and cover letter sift and then there was an initial call before interview, interview is a competence based interview with hiring manager and they asked 3 or 4 questions. Then a technical skills test like excel and sql.
