I interviewed with E78 seven months ago, fully intending to accept an offer from another firm that I was very enthusiastic about at the time. My interview with E78 was casual and personable. The two people I met with really wanted to get to know me, my values and what I'm searching for in my career. I left the interview with a gut feeling that accepting the other offer might be a mistake, and that E78 felt like the right decision. I was torn, but so far along in the process with the other company. Despite my reservations, I chose to accept the offer from the other firm and was able to bring along several colleagues. Luckily, the E78 team stayed in touch and had a feeling I might be making a mistake. They were gracious enough to keep the door open for me when the other company became unbearable. I transitioned to E78 after 6 months with the other firm and it has been night and day. I could not be happier to be here.
