I was contacted after a day someone referred me. I had my first interview with an HR person. The questions that she asked were all on the glassdoor interview reviews. It lasted for about 30 minutes. I was told they would get back to me in a week or two.

3 rounds - (Recruiter, generic test , assignment) - just to get the hiring manager to explain WHAT the position was actually all about, and what skills were required :( The recruiter was not able to address any of my role related questions at the outset.
EAB has an organized, well thought-out interview process. I had a call with a recruiter, a test and take-home project (a timed essay), and then two rounds of interviews with case-study questions.

Entrevista
First there was a 30min phone interview with the recruiter. Then I had one 30min interview with the associate director of analytics. Afterwards, this was followed up by three interviews: 1 with another director, 1 case study (1hr), and a wrap up interview with the associate director again.
