The process was clear and straightforward. Began with a phone interview and did several video interviews afterwards with individuals in multiple upper management positions. Everything was concise and I didn't feel like I was asked the same questions over and over.

Had 3 virtual interviews. They're usually back to back with directors or lead managers. They're usually friendly and they try to gauge if you would be a good person to work with (good character, takes initiative, etc.).

spoke to the recruiter on the phone then got scheduled for an interview. i waited about a month for feedback. Process was transparent but hope they had followed the initial timeline set.

they had an initial quick phone call screening about previous experience followed by a more formal zoom meeting with the managers. they then reached out with an offer on the phone. the whole process took about 3 weeks
