Interview process was normal, however did not enjoy the assessments they require applicants to take. Many people are not great test takers, but are wonderful candidates. It didn’t feel equitable.

Entrevista
First step was a phone screening (standard interview questions); they let me know that the MAX they could pay for this position was $45K, then a personality assessment and a Wonderlic-type test.
Next, they scheduled 3 45-minute long interviews with various members of the team. At the end, I had to complete the Wonderlic test again, but with someone watching over video. I received a canned denial email almost 2 weeks after my interview.
The interviews themselves really varied between the members of the team, but it seemed they had reviewed my resume prior to the interview and asked questions specific to my experience.

How did you pick the college you wanted to attend? Talk about a really good team you worked on. Talk about a really bad team you worked on. Talk about a good supervisor you had. Talk about a bad supervisor you had. Strengths and weaknesses (she specified it didn't need to be a "weakness that was also a strength"). Talk about a time you dealt with an angry customer.
