Entrevista
The process has several rounds of interviews. The first 2 rounds of interviews with Product Management and Managing Directors. Then a follow-up round with software engineers.
The first several rounds went well, but the interviewer of the last round wasn't very polite and often interrupted when others were speaking. Lots of object-orientated programming theory-related questions were asked, but ironically the theoretical answers weren't liked.

3. Three rounds of interview with panel for 3 hours. First 2 rounds about coding and last round is about behavioural round

How well one fit into the team not only technical but communication also important
Interview process went smoothly. There were three interviews in total, two of which were technical. The first is a behavioral interview, and if you pass, you get to the second round where you go through two technical interviews.

(Based on your resume content) Explain this to me in more detail
Made it through the first round - which was primarily with an HR rep - only to be informed via email a few days later that the position had been filled. Not sure if that was their polite way of saying they were not interested, but I would have preferred a straightforward answer if that was the case.
