First interview was over the phone. Interview process in person was somewhat lengthy. It took several hours but went very well. I was kindly greeted by staff and asked if there was anything I needed like a drink or snack. I was asked specific questions regarding my knowledge and understanding of procedures and instrumentation. I was also asked about availability and goals in future. The staff interviewing me really took their time in getting to know me and understanding my personal goals and aspirations in the future.

The interview was conducted on-site and included a 15-minute PowerPoint presentation of my professional background. Once the presentation was completed I needed to answer technical and personality questions from a panel of 5 interviewers.
