Misleading interview process. At the end of the second interview, they told me that they didn't actually have any positions currently open and that they just like keeping a list of qualified candidates in mind for the future. This is something they should have been transparent about from the start. If you decide to interview with them, make sure to ask them about their hiring timeline in the first interview.

It was a phone interview with pretty simple questions about my background and how it related to the job description. At the end of it they scheduled a 2nd interview with me, but the evening before they emailed and said they chose someone else. Very unprofessional.
