The selection mainly depends on how well your research interests align with the supervisor’s direction, and the role also includes taking on certain teaching responsibilities as part of the position.
After taking the GMAT and the TOEFL, I was invited to participate in the "Personal Master Assessment". In the PMA I was interviewed by two representatives from the school. Questions ranged from personal goals and believes to working philosophy and former projects I had worked on. All in all the whole Interview went alot easier than I had expected.

I was asked whether I followed an ethic code of some sorts. I had not thought of that type of question, therefore I struggled to deliver an adequate answer.
