About two weeks after applying, I had an online screening interview wit the team manager and a senior team member. They asked basic questions about my experience, stuff on my resume, and why I'm interested in the company, etc. It was conversational and easy going, and also a chance for them to tell me more about the company and the role, and for me to ask questions. After this, I moved on to a technical panel interview with the entire team. It did not involve classic algo problems, but rather more realistic coding you would do on the job, and so it was easier than I was expecting, plus they encouraged the use of docs and searching google/stack overflow--again, realistically like you would do in the actual job. They also asked me a few questions about the languages used in their stack, and a few conversational questions about my background. After the coding portion, a member of the product team joined and asked me a couple of general questions. The whole process was very friendly and low pressure. Definitely better than your average technical interview.
