After screening from a recruiter, the 1st interview with an engineer was extremely awkward, lacked questions to discuss, and felt like I had to interview myself. Declined a second interview as I felt the team was unenthusiastic and not somewhere I'd like to work.

The technical evaluation focused more on memorization than practical problem-solving skills. Communication was poor, with a lack of transparency about the role and responsibilities. Post-interview, attempts to seek feedback were met with silence. This experience raises serious concerns about the company's professionalism and commitment to a positive candidate experience.
