I got emailed back about my application a week after I applied. First there's a phone screening where the recruiter asks you to tell you about yourself if you're willing to do what the job description says. The recruiter also schedules you for the next interview (They will ask the best days for you to come into the office). The main interview was on a Thursday and It was an hour and 30 minutes. 30 minutes for the behavioral with one person that works there and an hour for the technical with two who work in IT. They will ask If you know some IT concepts and they will also role play with you situations where you have to solve issues over the phone. The next evening Friday I got an email saying to wait for the next steps. Then I got a phone call saying I got an offer the next Tuesday. They emailed me the offer two days after on that Thursday.

Very bad experience in walkin as well as normal drives, I attended the interview on Sept 15 , 2025. They cannot control the crowd and also no experience in managing the crowd and walkin. Making the candidates very frustrated and pushing out of the company. Not even collecting resumes and not allowing for restroom and even no food for buying during lunch or breakfast. One of the very worst and true experience in my life.
